I'm a PhD student at the Machine Learning Group of the ULB in Belgium. My research topic regards the exploration of innovative strategies for credit card fraud detection. The study is carried in close collaboration with the industrial partner: Atos Worldline.
If on one hand we aim to develop a Big Data Streaming Analytics framework to speed the detection, on the other hand we explore unsupervised and semi-supervised machine learning application to augment the precision of the detection.

- I am recently investigating the impact of unsupervised and semi-supervised machine learning techniques on the fraud detection.
- SCARFF is a framework to automatically raise fraud alerts in a near real-time horizon. The pipeline includes advanced software for Big Data processing. https://arxiv.org/abs/1709.08920
